Christian has a deep passion for inspiring youth through musical theatre arts. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he has served as the director of a thriving musical theatre program, overseeing and shaping more than 26 children’s productions. Throughout his career, Christian has found his greatest reward in watching young performers discover a love for theatre, build lifelong friendships, and grow in confidence both on and off the stage.

Now an educator in administration and a visionary leader for the program, Christian is dedicated not only to elevating the student experience but also to developing the systems, culture, and forward-thinking direction that ensure long-term success. He takes pride in training, mentoring, and equipping staff to perform their roles with excellence, fostering an environment where creativity, professionalism, and passion flourish.

With 20 years of experience, Michael has honed the rare ability to design spaces and experiences that everyone feels honored to be part of. His commitment to excellence is evident in his hard work, unwavering dedication, and the high-quality child care services he consistently provides.

With a strong operational background, Michael excels behind the scenes, building systems, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every program runs smoothly and efficiently. His deep passion for programming drives him to craft robust, physical, and exciting activities that keep children actively engaged and eager to participate.
